Core Beliefs
As a fiduciary, we will always put the
client’s interest ahead of our own.
We manage most investment accounts using a balanced approach (equities and fixed income) so clients may achieve their short and long-term financial goals and objectives.
01.Experience
David has over 35 years of experience managing client investment accounts.
We are experienced in handling the transition and transfer of assets from an original account holder to the beneficiaries.

We are owned by the principals and completely independent from any bank, insurance company, investment company and brokerage firm.
03.Business Structure
We utilize a simple structure to protect client assets: Client, Investment Manager, and Custodian.
- The client owns the assets.
- The investment manager manages the assets.
- The Custodian holds the assets
04. Custody of Client Assets
We never hold ownership of client assets, nor do we have access to client assets (cash or securities). All assets are held by the independent custodian.
05. Ownership Perspective
We view ourselves as owners of shares of companies, not just owners of stocks.
06.Stock Selection Approach
We place greater emphasis on a “bottom up” versus a “top down” approach in our stock selection. We focus more on company fundamentals than macro-economic trends.
07. Long-term Investment Philosophy
We are a long-term investor. We believe in the approach, “Time in the market is more important than timing the market.”
08. Liquidity of Client Holdings
The vast majority of client holdings are readily convertible to cash, barring market disruptions when trading is halted.
09. Privacy and Cybersecurity
We are sensitive to client privacy issues and cybersecurity.
10. Client Communication
We will always try to maintain close communication with the clients we serve.
11.Compensation
We are compensated based on a percentage of the assets under management. Our management fee motivates us to act solely in our client’s best interest.
12.Regulatory
We are registered with the State of California, Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI).
